NOAH DONOHOE: THE SEARCH FOR THE TRUTH

Donal MacIntyre, investigative reporter and Dr Jason Payne-James, leading forensic physician, investigate the tragic death of Noah Donohoe, 14, in 2020.

On June 21^st, Noah went to meet friends in Belfast. Six days later, his body was found 560m along a storm drain. The police insisted it was accidental and no one else was involved. But do the fit that conclusion?

Noah’s family asked Donal and Jason, to help uncover the truth and it’s one of the most extraordinary cases they’ve ever come across.

Donal and Jason explore every aspect, starting with Noah’s body and working backwards to the night before he disappeared asking key questions. How did he end up there? What was the condition of the body? How did he die? And, crucially, could he have been saved? The answers they have found are shocking, involving a prison confession, police errors and strange screams in the night.
