Nour Norris OBE
Nour Norris OBE is a respected domestic abuse activist, advocate and public speaker with over six years of experience dedicated to preventing violence against women and girls. She has become a leading voice in the movement through her work on Raneem’s Law, the founding of SecureLife, and her tireless campaigning for systemic change in policing and government response to domestic abuse and honour-based violence.
In recognition of her outstanding contributions, Nour was awarded the Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) for services to preventing violence against women and girls. This honour reflects her unwavering commitment to justice, not only for her beloved sister Khaola and niece Raneem, whose tragic deaths led to legislative reform, but for countless other victims and survivors across the UK and beyond.
Nour’s impact has been felt globally, with appearances at hundreds of conferences, in media outlets, and on international television platforms. Today, she continues her mission by offering both online and in person therapy sessions, supporting individuals in reclaiming their lives from trauma and guiding them towards healing, hope and empowerment.
