Mik Scarlet Wallace

After a successful career in the music and media industries, winning an Emmy for the kids TV show Beat That in 1992, Mik moved into the EDI arena working as an access consultant and equity trainer. He is currently the CoCEO of the national charity Phab and leads their Access Consulting and Training Services project, giving opportunities to younger disabled people to break into EDI.



Disabled since birth following treatment for Neuroblastoma, Mik is a passionate campaigner for equality, equity and inclusion of disabled people. Celebrating 21 years of marriage in November, Mik lives in Camden London and has outlived his original prognosis by 46 years and counting.
