Lee Lavis

Lee is an English veteran who served two tours of duty in Northern Ireland. During his second tour, he began to question his role and the conflict as a whole.



After leaving the army, he experienced homelessness and addiction before rebuilding his life through education, eventually earning a PhD from Queen’s University Belfast, where he now lectures. He is based in Belfast, where he delivers talks on conflict resolution alongside former paramilitaries.
