Helen Fospero

Helen Fospero is a British TV journalist and host of two award-winning podcast series - True Criminals and The Convex Conversation. She has anchored live for all of the UK's main broadcasters over three decades, including the BBC, ITV, Five and Sky News, and reported for BBC Watchdog and The One Show. 

Helen travels all over the world hosting corporate events for brands like Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Hyundai, Barclays and the Royal Air Force's iconic aerobatic team, The Red Arrows.

She's an adventurer in her spare time - leading fund-raising treks to Borneo, The Atlas Mountains and Arctic Circle for charities like Barnardos and she's proud to be an ambassador for Orbis and SeeAbility.
