Charlotte Hooper is an internationally recognised specialist in cybercrime and online harms. As Head of Operations at The Cyber Helpline, a charity supporting thousands of victims annually, Charlotte leads victim-centred service delivery and strategy, including founding the charity's launch into the USA. She has personally supported thousands of individuals impacted by cybercrime, with a particular focus on cyber stalking, technology-facilitated gender-based violence and abuse, and complex online threats.
With a first-class degree in Policing and Criminal Justice and a master’s in Cybercrime Investigation, Charlotte combines evidence-based research with frontline experience. She delivers specialist training to police forces, government bodies, NGOs, and corporate teams worldwide.
