What drives someone to kill a stranger? What does it mean to take the innocent life of someone you’ve never met? The panel included Chandy and Oceanna Daniel, whose son and brother, Tashan was killed at the age of 20 after a chance encounter on a tube platform, on his way to a football match. They were  joined by Louise Hulland and psychologist Kerry Daynes at CrimeCon UK 2022.
