Kit Chellel is a senior writer at Bloomberg News where he writes features on all kinds of shady stuff: from Chinese state hackers to the Irish sectarian gangsters who tortured a company executive in the back of a horse box, as well as the Essex boy oil traders who broke the market and, most recently, the professional roulette predictor who took the London Ritz casino for £1.3 million. Chellel was born and raised in Kent, where he worked on a local newspaper, before taking his notepad to London to investigate the high-stakes corruption of the business world. He’s won numerous international journalism prizes for his writing and has been published in the Boston Globe, Wall Street Journal, Sydney Morning Herald, Washington Post, Chicago Tribune, Die Welt, South China Morning Post and others. He currently lives in West London with his wife and three kids.
