 Brian Tobin MBE is founder and current Chief Executive of Iceni Norwich and has worked in the charity sector since 1990 in a role that has seen constant change.  



Iceni exists to offer care and support to families in Ipswich and the surrounding area who are affected by addiction, and to provide such families with the help they need to improve opportunities for children in fulfilling their potential. Brian remains passionate about supporting families who are impacted by addiction and dependency with the philosophy he introduced to Iceni "to not judge a person by their past if they are making an honest attempt to change".
